As BNK Embroidery, we entered the embroidery sector in 1987. From the first day until today, all our effort has been to work with the principle of being followed, not a follower, in the embroidery sector.
While we are constantly renewing ourselves, we have increased the number of our machine park and renewed its technology according to the conditions of the day. We are here to provide you, our valued customers, with the best quality products and services, with our knowledge and experience we have gained over the years and our expert staff that we have worked with for many years.
Today, our capabilities in the embroidery sector are from tulle to carpet, from velvet to leather, using techniques such as 3 mm to 21 mm sequined embroidery, rotating sequins, rigging, embroidery, appliqué, laser embroidery, brode embroidery, embossing embroidery, lace, cortene. We can process many floors.
We provide services in 600 m2 closed area, with 7 Barudan and 1 ZSK embroidery machines, 2 pieces of 100x160 cm field 2-head laser machine and 4-head sample machine park and experienced staff.
With our wide pulley machine with a field of 40x100 cm, we can do your large-sized works in one go.
SECRETARIAT
Our company located in Ümraniye district of Istanbul is located on Bayrak street, which is the lower street of the MODOKO furniture site. When you come to our company, our secretariat firstly welcomes you at the entrance and firstly opens a record for your transaction in order to fulfill your requests. It gives you the necessary information about your business on the information it receives from the manufacturing and design departments.
If your production is a job that will be completed in a long time, it informs you about your production by giving you interim information in the process. When your manufacturing process is completed, it closes your production file and archives your file for reuse when necessary, by giving you the information that your work is ready.
PATTERN DESIGN DEPARTMENT
For our pattern design department, we claim that we undertake extremely original and followed works. Each pattern is custom made for the customer, and under the name of our corporate identity, each design is kept confidential and not used in projects of other companies.
SAMPLE MACHINE
Original embroidery models are made with high quality embroidery thread . While embroidering , we are processed very precisely and we process the samples to achieve the quality to be approved at the first time as possible. This not only saves us speed and time, but also provides an advantage to our valued customers.
Your samples are prepared with the most accurate material using special embroidery floss where necessary.
LASER MACHINE
2 pieces, double head. 100 x 160 cm field. With our 130w (150w) laser machines of 2019 and 2020, we carefully cut the most delicate fabrics without staining and yellowing.
When using laser cutting for embroidery, in addition to this, we can also apply laser cutting to the fabrics you bring as ball fabric.
In addition to fabric cutting, we are able to work seamlessly in different types of cuts such as felt, real and artificial leather cutting, plush and furry fabrics, plexiglass cutting and wood cutting.
MANUFACTURING DEPT. - 1
We make our productions with our 15-head sequined 7 Barudan brand embroidery machines. We make your most delicate texts and designs with care and with our state-of-the-art machines.
We can easily do your rotating spangle and normal stamp works in different sizes and colors with our double spangle and four spangle machine.
MANUFACTURING DEPT. - 2
We also make our productions with 15-head sequined ZSK brand embroidery machines. With our 40x100 cm wide area 3 scaly machines, we can easily do your large-sized works and brode works.
We can process stamps from 3 mm to 21 mm. We do it for your embossing and corden embroidery.
FIBER FILLING DEPARTMENT
In addition to your embroidery and laser work, if you have fiber filling in your products, we can help you with that.
We can fill your various filling jobs such as jacket filling, toy filling, costume filling, pillow filling, etc. with fiber and / or sponge.

QUALITY CONTROL
Our experienced colleagues working in our quality control department first clean yarn and interlining for all jobs that come out of production. After checking, counting and packing is done. Afterwards, labels are attached to the product packages and made ready for shipment under the control of the foreman. Then, through our secretariat department, our valued customers are informed and your products are delivered.
According to our agreement situation or in case of urgency, we can leave your products with our own vehicle to your company free of charge.
